At Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association, advocacy is not a side effort — it is a core mission.

PNBAA actively represents the interests of business aviation operators, airports, maintenance providers, manufacturers, flight departments, and aviation professionals throughout Washington and the broader Pacific Northwest. Through direct legislative engagement, coalition building, regulatory monitoring, and strategic industry partnerships, PNBAA works to ensure policymakers understand the real-world value and impact of aviation.

Recent legislative efforts demonstrated exactly why this work matters. When harmful aircraft tax policies threatened aviation businesses, jobs, and investment across the state, PNBAA led a coordinated advocacy campaign that united stakeholders from across the aviation ecosystem. Through direct engagement with lawmakers, committee testimony, industry mobilization, and strategic lobbying efforts, the aviation community showed what is possible when we advocate together.
