Attendee & Sponsor Notice 

PNBAA is grateful for your event participation both as a prospective attendee and sponsor. Please consider when making your plans that: 

  • All sales are final (no refunds) and must be completed prior to the event to participate
  • Invoices are respectfully due upon receipt
  • Pictures are taken at PNBAA activities. They may be publicly used in the newsletter, website or other medium for the benefit of this organization.
  • PNBAA may choose to share an event attendee list with paid event sponsors to facilitate mutual networking opportunities. That attendee list is limited to Name and Organization (i.e. name tag) only. NO ATTENDEE CONTACT INFORMATION will be shared, it remains private to PNBAA.
  • Participation is open to such individuals, corporations, businesses, or organizations with an interest in or relationship with the aviation community.

    Creative Charcuterie Boards: Fall & Winter Seasons

    Kayla from Fireweed & Fig will be demonstrating how to use seasonal and regional items to creatively design custom boards for your passengers.

    Small individual sizes to more grand shared boards easily served on a conference table or credenza.

    The goal is to provide a variety of presentation techniques to broaden your charcuterie board display options and seasonal knowledge. 

    Overview

    Once registered a general grocery list will be sent out with the basics that will be used in the demonstration along with some alternatives for dietary restrictions and preferences.

    PNBAA will provide a selection of artesian meats and cheeses for the in-person participants.  All other items on the grocery list will be the responsibility of the attendee.

    The grocery list will be designed for a high-tier grocery store for 4 passengers, but substitutions will be suggested for budget constraints or availability.

    A small list of suggested tools and supplies will also be provided for those joining virtually.

    If you are joining us in-person, we will be enjoying a signature drink, culinary go-kits suggestions and essentials, and a professional light box will be available for taking beautiful photos of your work.

    Overview

    All business aviation professionals are invited to attend. We encourage early registration in anticipation of a sold out event. 

    CAM credit will be offered. Sign in at registration to confirm CAM credit.

    Plan on hearing industry recognized speakers presenting topics broadly related to our industry. The topics will be educational and relevant to this diverse audience. There will be plenty of opportunities to socialize from breakfast, breaks, luncheon and a hosted reception social hour.
