We will also take advantage of our time together to collect non-perishable foods for the St. Vincent de Paul Georgetown Food Bank. You may win a raffle prize! Suggested food items are provided on the event webpage.

The short meeting begins at 4:30 pm with an organization and philanthropy review from Board president Jeff Roberts. Members will next elect the class to the Board and then the fun begins!

Holiday Gift Idea

The new “Fly Washington” aviation license plate is now available!  With the help of PNBAA members, it took the WSDOT only one week to collect the required signatures.

The plates can be purchased online at Washington State Department of Licensing or by contacting your local vehicle licensing office. The license plates cost $72.75 for passenger cars ($124.75 if personalized), plus annual renewal fees and tab fees.

Thanks to Rep. Tom Dent for creating this opportunity to support local aviation project. Your purchase helps fund WSDOT Aeronautics and airport infrastructure. Specifically, $28 from each plate purchase and annual renewal will go towards:

  • Airport infrastructure improvements to support statewide disaster response and recovery operations.
  • Economic development opportunities to enhance public access to airports, such as informational kiosks.
  • Statewide aviation infrastructure-related awareness programs that promote public participation at airports.

Reference the WSDOT Aviation Specialty License Plate page for FAQ and more general information.
