Email Congress, House Action Looming

Have you joined the hundreds of Pacific Northwest business aviation professionals in sharing your opposition to the Congressional Houses' ATC "Privatization" proposal? Congress is back from recess with the House Transportation & Infrastructure committee chair is actively working to secure more votes for H.R. 2997.

Last month PNBAA President Jeff Roberts shared an insightful request for individuals in the business aviation community to weigh in opposing H.R. 2997. Individual voter voices carry tremendous influence. Please invest five minutes to email or call your Congressional representatives now. Utilize the linked resources on the PNBAA website home page.

Participate in the NBAA National Safety Forum Webcast

October 12, 2017 8:30 am - 1:00 pm PDT

Even if you are not able to attend NBAA-BACE you can still participate in the National Safety Forum live webcast. The ‘town hall’ format will focus on three of the top safety focus areas in our industry – Loss of Control - Inflight, Fitness for Duty and Ground Handling Incidents. The NBAA Safety Committee, including PNBAA member Frank Raymond, will be hosting this session.

The NBAA Safety Committee’s mission is to “leverage a multi-disciplinary team of passionate professionals to develop valued solutions that make business aviation even safer.” The primary deliverable for your benefit is the annual Top Safety Focus Areas, which identifies what challenges you face most, provides mitigation tools for your team to use and disseminates back to you the lessons learned by the collective industry.
