Alan Burnett

Director

Alan is the CEO of One Stop Aviation LLC, which provides a one stop shop aircraft acquisition service acting like a general contractor for the purchase, in addition to employing the flight crew and providing other related services. Previously Alan founded and ran CenterPoint Aviation Law PLLC, where he represented clients in aircraft lease, purchase, sales and charter/management arrangements. His expertise includes aircraft acquisition and disposition, aviation-related federal and state tax issues, FAA regulatory issues and corporate structuring. As a veteran industry supporter, Alan has been a member of the National Business Aviation Association’s Tax Committee for the past 20 years where he served as Chair of the Aircraft Transactions Working Group and the State Tax Working Group. For the PNBAA, he has assumed the role as leader of our Legislative Affairs Committee, continuing his advocacy on Washington State tax issues, including representing the industry at Washington State Aviation Legislative Caucus meetings. Additionally, Alan is the PNBAA’s delegate to the Washington State Aviation Association.

Brad Boeder

Director

Brad, senior captain / International operations officer has been employed with the Starbucks flight department since July of 2004. As a seasoned captain he is passionate about being a role model and contributor to the safety and efficiency demands of their worldwide mission. His prior flying and international travel experience is a unique combination of military, general, and corporate aviation, with a total time in corporate aviation of 24 years and international travel of over 31 years since enlisting as a Loadmaster in the USAF. 

As an active participant and supporter of the NBAA, with prior board member experience he is pleased to be on the BOD and looking forward to the challenges and rewards the PNBAA has to offer.  Outside the office and in addition to boating, wakeboarding, golf, and snow skiing he also enjoys flying his C-180 seaplane around the great Pacific Northwest. 

Kari Brown

Director

Kari Brown is the Controller for Aero Law Group (ALG), Seattle based aviation transaction law firm.  Kari joined ALG in 2017 and serves as their accountant, IT specialist, human resource advisor, CPA liaison, and social director.  She brings leadership skills, office innovation, and a love of numbers to the firm.  Kari is heavily involved with supporting client relations during their transaction.  She has been managing business offices for nearly 2 decades and brings a vast amount of experience in project management, leadership building, software integrations, and financial reporting to the ALG team.  Kari received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Linfield College and her Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Phoenix.  She is currently studying for the Certificate of Management Accounting exam.

Kari was born and raised in Portland, OR and moved to Washington in 1999 where she now lives in Kirkland with her husband and teenage daughter.  In her free time, she an avid tennis player, enjoys camping, boating, skiing, and traveling with her family.  

ALG is has been heavily involved in PNBAA events for over 15 years, it was only natural one of their employees become more involved and Kari was happy to oblige.  She was accepted to the board in the summer of 2021 as the assistant Treasurer. 

Rachel Camarillo

Director

Rachel is currently the Executive Vice President at Erin Air, a Seattle Based Private Jet Charter Operator.  Rachel is originally from O’ahu Hawaii and lived in Spokane, Washington for almost 15 years after graduating from Gonzaga University.  While in Spokane, she worked at the former Red Lion Hotels Corporation headquarter office in various accounting and finance related positions; in addition, she worked for almost 6 years as a restaurant consultant and operator assisting private entrepreneurs establish and grow their restaurant and bar operations. 

Rachel relocated to the Seattle area in 2014 and transitioned into the manufacturing industry where she led finance and daily plant operations for a locally based global industrial machinery company.  She founded, and continues to chair, the Women in Manufacturing Washington Chapter to help women in the industry gain access to a network of peers and consistent relevant professional development opportunities.  In working with aerospace manufacturers, she developed a strong interest in aerospace and aviation and accepted an opportunity with Erin Air in 2020.  Her current role with Erin Air is a perfect mix of accounting, finance, operations, maintenance (highly like manufacturing) planning, customer service, and hospitality.  In addition to PNBAA, Rachel also serves on the Board of Directors for Impact Washington, Women in Manufacturing Educational Foundation, serves as a Trustee for CAMPS Health Trust, and also volunteers on the Raisebeck Aviation High School Career & Technical Education Advisory Board.

Ernesta Corcoran

Director

Ernesta Corcoran is a Scheduler for Mente, LLC at Boeing Field, with an extensive experience in global dispatching environments. Ernesta is a FAA Certified Aircraft Dispatcher and a recipient of NBAA’s Top 40 under 40 in 2018. Ernesta earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. Ernesta previously served as the President of the Pacific Rim Schedulers and Dispatchers Association.

Matthew Dalme

Director

Matthew Dalme is a Flight Dispatcher for IAC/Expedia Global, LLC. Matthew began his aviation career in 2014 after accepting the role of Scheduler for IAC/Expedia Global. After several years Matthew's role expanded to that of the West Coast based Dispatcher. Matthew is a FAA Certified Dispatcher having earned his Dispatcher License from Universal Weather in 2014. Prior to his position on the PNBAA Board of Directors, Matthew was an active member of PNBAA having volunteered at numerous PNBAA events. Matthew joined the PNBAA board in June 2018.

Phil Derner

Director, Ex Officio

Phil's career carries 13 years in aviation operations in the roles of Loadmaster, Dispatcher, Duty Manager and Director in the sectors of Part 121, Part 121 Supplemental, Part 135 and Part 91 operators. He also owned and operated a New York City-based aviation news and consulting company for 14 years before moving to the Temecula, California area. He now serves as NBAA's Western Regional Representative, assisting and advocating for anyone involved in or relying on business aviation in Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Cindy Hales

President

Cindy Hales is the Aviation Practice Leader / Vice President of Hub International Northwest, LLC.  With nearly twenty years of experience, Cindy provides insurance solutions for all facets of the aviation industry, with extensive experience working with commercial operators of various types, including airlines, cargo and charter operators, fixed base operators, aircraft manufacturers, commercial rotor wing operators, etc. She is a fifteen-year HUB Northwest veteran who excels at providing her clients with the most comprehensive coverage at the most competitive prices.

Cindy is also responsible for providing professional expertise to HUB International’s teams across the country in the specialty field of aviation insurance on their more complex aviation risks. She is licensed in the United States and British Columbia.

Scott Helms

Treasurer

An FBO industry veteran, Scott Helms brings some 20 years’ experience to Leading Edge Jet Center / Skyservice US. Scott began his career “as a kid” in Eastern Washington, fueling crop dusters and aerial firefighting aircraft (Air Tankers). His travels brought him to Seattle where he worked as a Line Service Supervisor and later Line Service Sales Manager at Galvin Flying Services- then one of the oldest and most respected FBOs in the country. During his tenure at Galvin, Scott was twice named the Best Line Service Tech in the Professional Pilot Magazine PRASE Survey. Later, Scott held the role of Customer Service Manager for successor FBO to Galvin- Landmark Aviation at BFI- before relocating to Houston, TX to become General Manager at Million Air. While at KHOU, he again earned praise from the readership of Professional Pilot Magazine who named his Million Air location the Number 7 FBO in the nation. Since returning to Seattle, Scott has twice been selected as Top 40 under 40 in the Aviation industry: in 2019 by NBAA and again in 2021 by Airport Business.

In addition to his degrees in Air Traffic Control and Airline Dispatch, Scott has previously served as a Director with the Pacific Rim Schedulers and Dispatchers Association and was active with the Houston Regional Aviation Professionals and is also a licensed pilot. Scott joined the PNBAA board in December 2018.

Angie Kim

Director

Angie Kim is flight attendant for a corporate flight operation at Boeing Field.  Angie has over 20 years of experience in various flight attendant roles, spending several years working for international clients.  Angie has been involved with many start up flight departments where she was tasked with setting up aircraft interiors, developing manuals and establishing service protocols. Her experience has been mainly on larger corporate aircraft.  Her focus is not only client driven, but also feels it is important that the crew is well represented.  Striking a balance not only with the company, the crew and community is a constant goal, no matter where or what company you represent in the world.

Angie is an alum of Washington State University.  Away from work, Angie enjoys hiking, cooking, reading a good book, and is passionate about animal kindness, the environment, and renewable resources.

Nick Lietzow

Director

Nick is currently captain for a Wheels Up managed Falcon 2000 based out of Seattle’s Boeing Field. He has 15 years of experience in commercial and corporate aviation. Before relocating to Seattle he was a Citation captain out of Santa Barbara, California where he also gained his single pilot 135 captain certification. He attended Embry-Riddle University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science with a minor in Aviation Safety.

Chad Lundy

Director

Chad began his aviation journey by joining the Navy following high school where he served as an In-Flight Avionics Technician flying on P-3’s.  After the Navy, he moved to Seattle to study mechanical engineering at the University of Washington and pursue his flight ratings.  While attending school, he worked at the Museum of Flight and Kenmore Air Harbor where his passion for aviation history and a love of seaplanes was born.  Following graduation, Chad was offered an engineering position in Boeing’s commercial airplanes flight test division.  Over the next 22 years, he worked as an engineer, systems operator and production test pilot.  In 2018, a unique opportunity presented itself and Chad left the Boeing Company to join a small corporate flight department based in Seattle.

When not flying for work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  Hobbies include hiking, boating, camping and flying seaplanes.

Becky Mares

Director

Becky is an experienced aviation attorney who advises clients on the acquisition, disposition, operation, leasing and financing of business and commercial aircraft, domestically and abroad. Additionally, she helps clients with hangar procurement, lease and build negotiations and airport matters. As a former International Contract Manager for an aircraft manufacturer, Becky is well versed in commercial contract agreements, and helps clients manage risk and liability, including international negotiations. Becky is also a mediator, having completed advanced coursework through the Northwest Institute for Dispute Resolution. Becky volunteers for Seattle Union Gospel Mission Open Door Legal Services.

Jason Wissink

Director

Jason Wissink started his aviation career in 1997 washing corporate aircraft at the Des Moines airport in Iowa where he grew up. After a few years working in Minneapolis as a software developer, he moved west and joined Honeywell in 2007 as a development program manager for avionics on the Boeing 787 program working out of the Redmond, WA office. Currently, he leads a global team of sales and customer support professionals focused on delivering connectivity products and services to aviation customers. He also leads several customer advisory boards for Honeywell. After living in Seattle for 10 years, the family made the move to Bend, Oregon in 2016 to enjoy the recreational opportunities the high desert of Central Oregon has to offer. Jason completed private pilot training in 2001 in Ames, Iowa and he added an instrument rating in 2017 after moving to Bend. Completing his commercial license and multi-engine rating is on the to-do list for 2021. Jason enjoys flying in the Pacific Northwest and the challenges that come with the local terrain and weather as well as visiting the smaller airports that are only reachable by General and Business Aviation aircraft.

Danny Yazzolino

Vice President

Danny joined the Hillsboro Aviation team in 2012 as a line service technician. In 2016, he was promoted to facility manager before serving as FBO and facilities manager overseeing the company’s FBO division. His interest in aviation formed out of a love for it’s community-focused environment. Danny holds degrees in economics and finance, as well as an MBA from Pacific University. Danny is a proud Oregonian and is committed to supporting a robust business aviation community in the Pacific Northwest.
